廣泛性食道癌手術切除

Here are some pictures showing key anatomical landmarks during our radical esophagectomy.

We preserved right bronchial artery during esophagectomy.

Another bronchial artery preservation.

Left common carotid artery was identified during dissection for left RLN nodes.

Both left subclavian artery and common carotid artery were identified.

We preserved an artery (*****), which could be either replaced or accessory left hepatic artery, during left gastric vessels dissection.

In another case we preserved the artery to left hepatic lobe.
